General Board Member Duties-
- Strategic Planning: Setting the organization’s vision and long-term objectives.
- Policy Administration: Adopting and ensuring compliance with the club’s bylaws and legal requirements.
- Active Participation: Attending monthly meetings (typically Tue at 6:30PM) and contributing to at least one committee.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS –

Pat Lupiani
President
Oversees the board’s work and facilitates meetings. Responsibilities include developing agendas, overseeing and facilitating risk management, and acting as the organization’s public spokesperson.

Carolyn Flattery
Vice President
Supports the President and performs their duties in their absence. This role often involves managing special assignments and preparing for future leadership.

Todd Clark
Treasurer
Responsible for financial oversight and reporting. Tasks include reconciling bank accounts, producing financial statements, managing the annual budget, and ensuring tax-related filings are completed on time.

Sharon Parini
Secretary
Manages all administrative and communication tasks. Duties include recording and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining official records, and tracking board member terms. The secretary also manages the official club email account.

JUNIOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS –
The Junior Board organizes holiday parties, bake sales, club trips and birthday decorations. Any member who is 13 and older is welcome to join the Junior Board! We hold periodic meetings throughout the season and are always looking for new ideas to help make our club a fun and friendly environment.
