Waiver of Liability - Legal Document

The USFS and its Member Clubs holding tests undertake no responsibility for damages or injuries suffered by its candidates. All candidates shall be deemed to have agreed to assume all risks of injury resulting from the conduct and management of the tests, and to release any claims against all officials, the USFS, and the club holding the tests. (USFS Rulebook TR#12.01)
